Fantastic! We just moved into a new house and they came and cleaned all our carpets. What a fantastic job they did! The owner was extremely knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and the water temperature that is needed to clean the carpet. He’s very enthusiastic about his technique and takes before-and-after pictures of the work done. Don’t use anyone else!

PlatinumCare cleaned my carpets today and I would give them 10 stars if I could. We had four rooms, stairs with white carpets and some area rugs cleaned. Everything looks fantastic! I thought I was going to replace the carpets on our stairs but they look like new, so that saved a ton of money. Danny did a great job, he used corner protectors everywhere and was placing fans as he finished each room so the rugs would dry even faster. I will definitely use them for future projects!

Quite honestly, this review may never convey how pleased I was with the services of PlatinumCare! Rob was beyond professional and truly an expert in reviving my (poorly installed) upstairs carpeting. Roughly 2000 sq ft was in horrible condition with dozens of wrinkles and 10+ years of dirt/abuse. The final product clearly exceeded my expectations and will always recommend them to anyone in need!

PlatinumCare Cleaning and Restoration cleaned all of our carpeted rooms plus a wool area rug today and we were very satisfied with their service. They were prompt, friendly, very professional and the cleaning job was outstanding. All spots were removed and due to the use of drying fans all carpet was practically dry before they left! We will have them back again.

I had a cream colored couch and chairs with down between the cushions, a delicate job that no one else wanted to touch. PlatinumCare did beautiful work. My furniture looks great! Our realtor suggested PlatinumCare when we listed our house. I wish I had known about them sooner! The carpet fluffed up and looked so much better than any other carpet cleaner I had used. We had two bedrooms, a hallway and stairs done. The pricing was very reasonable for the service. I would definitely recommend them. If we still lived in their service area, I would have them on an annual schedule.
